What it does

The assistant checks public job listings from Himalayas and Arbeitnow, compares each role with two verified experience profiles, and prepares concise application materials with Codex. It stores the working data on a private VPS.

It sends an application only when an employer explicitly asks candidates to apply by email, publishes the recipient, the role meets the configured fit and eligibility checks, the matching CV is available, and no required factual answer is missing. Applications through job portals or applicant-tracking systems remain manual.

Google account access

The assistant requests only gmail.send so it can send the approved application email and selected CV attachment. It does not request access to read the inbox, contacts, labels, or Gmail settings. Google processes messages sent through Gmail, and the employer named in the application receives the message and attached CV.

The CV files are not sent to Codex for job assessment. The job description and relevant verified profile details are sent to Codex to score the role and prepare application text. The contact email is excluded from that assessment request.

Personal use

This is a personal tool for Oriol Valls. It is not a public job board, recruitment agency, or service for other candidates. This subdomain provides information about the tool and its data practices; it has no sign-in, CV upload, or analytics.
